We’re proud to supply the freshest fish our coasts have to offer, as well as an amazing array of sustainably sourced species from around the world! We source seafood caught off the South coast of England wherever possible and deliver to chefs in London.
We are focussed on our customers and appreciate the requirements of chefs and the catering industry. We supply seafood directly to professional kitchens; from Michelin starred restaurants, hotels and pubs, to colleges, universities, sports stadiums and contract caterers. We offer support with menu planning, knife skills training, regular market updates in the form of our quarterly ‘Catch-up’, daily specials, recipe ideas and trends information. We source a range of responsibly caught wild fish along with farmed alternatives where required. Our range includes a large number of MSC certified seafood. Our deli and frozen range varies from everyday essentials, to specialist products to suit your requirements. If it’s sustainable, and obtainable, then we’ll do our best to source it
